Join us for a unique event: Yoga accompanied by an ambient live DJ, culminating in a soothing sound bath with live music. Set in the heart of the botanical gardens, we invite you to immerse yourself in nature’s healing rhythms.
Unwind among the towering 100-year-old trees and enjoy a gentle slow flow. The experience begins with a DJ set that complements our movements, followed by a transformative sound bath featuring singing bowls and live music.
As the evening draws to a close, you’ll have the option to journal while sipping on rich cacao or chai, all while being serenaded by the final notes of the live set. This is an experience you won’t want to miss!
Rest sweetly within the unspoken support of collective energy while foraging through personal terrain through the wisdom tradition of yoga.

What to Expect
6:15 PM – 6:25 PM: Arrival
6:30 PM: Class Begins
The class will unfold as follows:
- 30 minutes: Welcome and settling in with restorative postures and gentle breathwork
- 30 minutes: Slow flow sequence designed to soothe and release tension in both mind and body
- 15 minutes: Transition into deeper restorative postures
- 15 minutes: Savasana accompanied by a calming sound bath
- 30 minutes: Journal and savor a warm cup of cacao or chia while enjoying the closing set of live music.

- Please bring your yoga mat or a blanket/towel to practice on.
- A cozy blanket and socks for the sound bath.
- Dress in layers for comfort.

- A mug for your chai or cacao (we’ll have a few extras if you forget!)

In the event of poor weather, your session will be rescheduled to our studio, where we will continue to provide the nourishing vibes you expect. Please note that we do not offer refunds; however, if your plans change, we are happy to transfer your booking to another event.
