Nature-Based Respite & Capacity-Building Supports
A calm, personalised support experience for NDIS participants, set on a private rural property in Southwest Victoria.
A space to slow down, reconnect, and build capacity in a way that feels natural, grounded, and deeply supported.
Service Overview
This service offers individualised, nature-based supports designed to align with NDIS participant
goals. It provides a structured yet flexible environment where participants can build capacity
through meaningful, real-world experiences.
Rather than clinical or high-pressure environments, this setting supports development through
regulation, safety, and connection — key foundations for long-term growth.
“There are places that ask nothing of us but to arrive — and in that, something begins to settle.”

- Improved emotional regulation and reduced overwhelm
- Increased independence in daily living skills

Focus is placed on process rather than outcome, supporting expression, sensory grounding, and focus.
Garden & Food Growing
Participants can engage with seasonal planting, harvesting, and garden care. This builds routine, responsibility, and connection to nourishment and cycles of nature.

Simple cooking experiences using garden or locally sourced produce. Participants develop independence, planning, and practical life skills.
Movement & Regulation
Optional trauma-informed movement and breathwork practices to support nervous system regulation, body awareness, and grounding.

Through this work, she has developed a deep understanding of how to support individuals experiencing:
- anxiety and overwhelm
- emotional dysregulation
- disconnection from self or environment
- challenges with trust, safety, and engagement
Her approach is relational, grounded, and deeply attuned, with a strong emphasis on meeting each person where they are.
Rather than pushing outcomes, Kimberly focuses on creating environments where participants feel safe enough to engage, allowing confidence, regulation, and capacity to build naturally over time.
This work is guided by a genuine depth of care, alongside a clear understanding of the responsibility involved in supporting NDIS participants in a way that is both ethical, structured, and aligned with individual goals.
